Like any profession, the local towing service has a reputation. Unfortunately, it’s not always a good one, but that’s mostly because of misconceptions. Wayne’s Automotive and Towing Center wants to let you know the truth about your local car towing service. Here are some common myths and the truth.
Towing companies just want your money.
This myth comes from the fact that the local towing service is called to remove illegally parked cars, then you have to pay a fee to get the car back. The fee is imposed because the driver broke the law. That is just one aspect of your car towing service. We also offer emergency roadside assistance and emergency towing at affordable rates.
Towing companies won’t tow large vehicles.
If you drive a bus, big rig, dump truck, RV or just about any large vehicle, Wayne’s Automotive and Towing is equipped to come to your aid.
You have to wait if you need a tow late at night.
A good car towing service, such as Wayne’s Automotive and Towing Center, is open around the clock. We know accidents happen and cars break down at all hours.
You can only call a local towing service if there was a wreck.
Wayne’s does a lot more than just towing accident vehicles. If you break down or if you just need a battery jump, a door unlocked or some extra fuel, call us.
The person towing your vehicle cannot break into it in order to tow it.
The truth is that the person towing your car can enter if it is necessary to tow the vehicle, though he must take every precaution not to damage it. If damage is incurred, the liability is on the towing company.
Whether you need a car towing service or a heavy-duty tow truck, Wayne’s is the local towing service you can depend on.
