Automotive Technician:
The Automotive Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with cars.
Heavy-Duty Technician:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. As a Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing company fleet and equipment failure, making repairs in compliance with OEM specifications and DOT safety regulations and requirements. Disposing of failed parts, fluids, and other waste in an environmentally conscious manner. Ensures work orders are properly completed and work repair task description is accurate to work completed. Removes, cleans, repairs, re-installs, and adjusts vehicle components proficiently. Routinely performs preventive maintenance (PM) and tire maintenance. Performs daily safety inspections and minimal reworks while maintaining production standards.
Light-Duty Operator & Driver:
The primary role of this position is to provide roadside assistance and towing services to motorists with light-duty vehicles, including cars, vans, and small trucks. The ideal candidate will have experience operating tow trucks and a commitment to delivering prompt, professional, and reliable service.
Heavy-Duty Operator & CDL Driver:
The ideal candidate should possess a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and have experience operating tow trucks. As a CDL Driver & Heavy-Duty Operator, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance to stranded motorists, towing vehicles to designated locations, and ensuring the safe transportation of vehicles to our facilities.
Day-Time Dispatcher:
The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable and customer-focused individual with strong computer proficiency and exceptional organizational skills. They must be capable of multi-tasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent geographical knowledge of the CSRA area, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering quality service while managing drivers and handling numerous calls daily.
